Community Fridge
The first Community Fridge in Kiveton & Wales was launched to help tackle food waste and support those who might need extra help to access food.

The Community Fridge is open to everyone in the community – without any need to be referred or having to prove eligibility – to access fresh food that would otherwise have gone to waste. The food is donated by local supermarkets and then collected and delivered to the Community Fridge by a team of amazing volunteers.
Donations of unopened, packaged foods within their use-by date and raw fruit or vegetables are also welcome from anyone who would like to donate them.
Volunteers hands collecting grocery products, foodstuff to food donations box. Food box filled with fresh vegetables, fruits, cereals, milk, eggs and canned goods are deliver to the local needy community during a outdoor food drive.
