Mental Health Groups

Mental health refers to our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act, as well as how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Good mental health helps us cope with life’s challenges, work productively, and build strong relationships. Just like physical health, mental health is important at every stage of life and deserves care and support.

Andy’s Man Club

This is a group for men only over the age of 18, aiming to improve mental health. This is a great addition for our community and surrounding areas to have access to. Monday 7:00-9:00PMFREE!

Better Today – Wed Night Drop-In

Drop in for a cuppa and a chat and make new friends. Informal group sessions with guest speakers, advice and information. Access support workers for mental health, addictions and other issues. Wednesday 6:30-8:30PMFREE!
